VNIIS Exemption Letter
Exemption Letter is an official document which confirms that the products do not subject to compulsory certification in the GOST R system. This document confirms that the imported into the territory of the Russian Federation production is not included in the list of goods subject to mandatory certification. There is a reference to a shipping document in the letter, according to which it is imported into the country.
Exemption Letters for the Customs are issued by VNIIS (Russian Research Institute for Certification) only.
